Returns Policy

Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation.

Email returns@charleshyde.co.uk for an authorisation.

Unsuitable items will be credited in full providing they are returned in perfect packaging and in a saleable condition within 28 days of invoice date.

Handling and postage/delivery charges are not refundable.
